  I've been in here several times because I use the supply store next door for my baking supplies on occasion. I make cupcakes myself but it's not an everyday thing. I've had a their cupcakes a time or two and was only slightly impressed. I gave this 3 stars (an "It's okay" rating) because the staff has always been friendly when I've been in there.
  
  However, the cleanliness of the displays they place their cupcakes on was shocking. Also, they were smaller cupcakes and the amount of frosting on the top was kind of disappointing. I would have liked to have more frosting, but that could just be me.
  
  The flavor of the cupcakes was similar to those made using a Duncan Hines cake mix "fixed" up. I come from a long line of bakers and my mother did this professionally for many years so I know this cake doesn't taste completely homemade.
  
  So whereas the service is good and the cupcakes are average, I expect more for the price.

  Avoid this nightmare at all costs. I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, no help carrying large orders out or even opening doors while you have boxes in your hands. Dry cupcakes with sloppy decorating...overpriced for the quality. When left unsatisfied, they put the blame on the customer for not being specific....creativity is part of cupcake decorating, god forbid you put trust it in their work! Rude, and not even worth putting up with because the cupcakes weren't any better than their attitudes.

  I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a birthday cake to be picked up the next day and I think they thought I was making a prank call because the next day I show up I'm waiting 20 minutes and when I got home the cake was stale! I think they were redecorating an old cake when I was waiting!
